How do you take Formula 1?

  • 2 tbs. Vanilla Formula 1

  • 1 Cup skim Milk

  • ½ tsp coconut extract

  • ½ tsp pineapple extract

  • 1 tbs orange juice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
