  • 1 Cup skim Milk

  • ½ tsp coconut extract

  • ½ tsp pineapple extract

  • 1 tbs orange juice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Totally portable, take it to work, on holidays, to the gym.
