A. If you have a "poor appetite"?

1. Take additional nutritious calories, in an easy to take and easy to absorb form (Formula 1 , after meals in soy milk or fruit juice-avoid dairy milk). Really look forward to taking your tasty flavoured shakes as part of your daily diet. Gain weight and boost your appetite.
2. Sufficient micro nutrients? Are you taking a quality micro-nutrient supplement? (e.g. Formula 2-with meals)

B. If you "eat lots of food"?

Muscle gain is achieved through 3 components:
