How quickly will I see results ?

Will I get hungry between meals?
No, hunger tends to be caused by not having enough protein in your diet. By adding protein powder (see below) to your individual needs you will find the shake will fill you up.
Can I blend it with milk ?
We usually recommend not blending it with milk. The only reason for this is that a proportion of the UK population is lactose intolerant and might have problems digesting cows milk. If you have no problems with milk then you can blend it with skimmed or semi-skimmer milk. Alternatively Formula 1 tastes great with Soya milk, fruit juice or even water. We have a variety of different recipes so that you can always enjoy your shake.
Why do I need to add Protein Powder ?
Eating the right amount of protein for your body prevents hunger and increases lean body mass. The more lean body mass you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you’ll burn.
The amount of protein you should have in your diet is individual to you. Which is why we supply the protein powder separately, and not already blended into the Formula 1 drink.
