The advantage of smoothies or shakes is that you can make them as ‘healthy’ or indulgent as you like.
Chocolate is a great way to enjoy your shake, either as a meal replacement or snack.
Chocolate Berry Smoothie
The video below shows how to make our favourite chocolate smoothie.
To make it you will need to 2 shake powder flavours :
- 1 scoop Formula 1 Chocolate Shake Mix Powder
- 1 scoop Formula 1 Strawberry Shake Mix Powder
- One scoop protein powder
- Handful of frozen blackberries (or frozen berries of your choice).
- 8oz (250ml) low fat milk.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.
Blend until your shake is smooth and has a creamy texture. Enjoy!
Cornflake Shake Recipe

Well it’s a ‘sort of’ shake !.
You need
- 2 scoops Formula 1 Chocolate Shake Mix Powder
- 250 ml low fat plain yoghurt
- 2 dessert spoons cornflakes
Directions:
Simply blend and enjoy.

Peanut Chocolate Smoothie
If you just ‘crave’ a sweet taste !
You need
- 2 scoops Formula 1 Chocolate Shake Mix Powder
- 1 cup Skimmed Milk
- One Tsp Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 1 Tsp Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Chocnana Shake

Very ‘quick & easy’ Shake
You need
- 1 serving Formula 1 Chocolate Shake Mix Powder
- 1 Banana
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 3 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Chocolate Blackberry Shake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Chocolate Flavour
- 1 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Strawberry Flavour
- 1 tbsp Protein powder
