How the plan to lose 1 stone works
This plan contains 3 elements:

The core to this plan is our most popular weight loss plan, the weightloss quickstart plan (details below)
Where all you do is replace 2 meals (usually breakfast & lunch) with a personalised shake or smoothie.
That way you don’t have to change your main meal and the shakes or smoothies are quick & easy to make (& no calorie counting).
But in addition to boost your results you
- Drink a specialised Herbal Beverage
- And eat 1 or 2 Protein Snacks during the day

Your fluid intake is always important, but especially so if you are running on a regular basis.
Coffee & Tea tends to dehydrate you, and is simply not as effective as drinking enough still water.
For this plan we recommend adding a Herbal Green Tea based beverage, which you can drink either hot or cold and that counts as part of your fluid intake. (& also boosts energy)
Element 3 – Protein Snacks

Eating the right amount of protein for your body prevents hunger and increases lean body mass. The more lean body mass you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you’ll burn.

Option 1 – make your own
Making your own shakes or smoothies at home is very easy (and cheaper then buying mix) – but the key is to use a plan that will provide you with recipes and personalised advice. more details
