Where all you do is replace
- 2 meals (usually breakfast & lunch) with a shake or smoothie.
- And add protein powder to help you get better results.
That way you don’t have to change your main meal. And the shakes or smoothies are quick & easy to make (& no calorie counting).
Even when you are doing exercise or going running then at least 80 % of your weight loss results will be due to your diet.
And if you want to lose weight & also get better running results, then a specialised shake is a far simpler & more effective method that following a ‘diet plan’.
A Specialised Sports Drink for longer sessions.
The shakes in the weight loss plan are designed to provide extra energy & protein for your muscles.
But for longer running sessions (5k +) a specialised drink can make a noticable difference to your results.
