This plan is ideal for busy people, using meal replacement shakes you can blend with water.

This plan is as easy as 1-2-3

1. Eat your main meal as normal

Eat you main meal as normal with your family.

2. Replace the 2 other meals with a shake

Replace 2 meals a day (usually breakfast & lunch) with a shake or smoothie.

There is no need to count calories. Shakes are simple, delicious and fun.

3. Use the protein drink mix when blending with water.

The advantage of the drink mix is that it will add ‘texture’ to the water (as well as extra protein) to make the shakes taste rich & creamy.

The advantage of using water is that it will also count as your daily fluid intake, doesn’t need to be kept chilled (and of course has 0 calories).

How & Why does it work ?

This plan is very similar to the quickstart weight loss plan – but instead of using protein powder it uses protein drink mix (so you can blend it with water)
