Strawberry Apricot shake recipe
Very easy to make shake, great for vitamin A and C.

The Shake Mix
The strawberry apricot shake is made using the shake mix powder.
Simple reason is that the shake mx is designed to help you make the perfect shake – whether you want to blend it with water or milk (for a ‘quick & easy’ shake) or adding other ingredients.
How to make a strawberry apricot shake
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. Shake Mix Powder – Strawberry Flavour
- 300 ml Skimmed milk or Water
- 1 cup Strawberries try to use ripe strawberries
- 1 Apricot
- 50-100 grams low or non-fat Yoghurt (Optional)
Equipment
- Blender
Instructions
- Pour the skimmed milk or water into the blender
- Cut the strawberries in half and add them into the blender
- Similarly cut the apricot in half and add
- Measure 2 tablespoons of shake mix powder and add into blender.
- Optionally add
- 50-100 grams low or non-fat Yoghurt Low or non-fat
- Protein powder (see below)
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy
Why add protein powder and/or yoghurt?
If you are using the strawberry apricot shake as part of a meal replacement weight loss diet then protein powder will make a difference.
You won’t notice any taste difference but protein will help prevent hunger between meals, as well as helping your muscles.
The low fat yoghurt is optional, adds a great flavour but will add a few more calories

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until smooth.
