How to make a Herbalife strawberry shake
The strawberry shake recipes below are easy to make – but if can try to use fresh strawberries as they taste even better.

A taste of Summer….
Strawberry are a great way to make a shake – full of goodness they have a great depth of flavour ideal as part of a diet or snack.
Adding strawberries to your shake will provide extra vitamin C and K, as well as a great source of folic acid, manganese and potassium
Strawberry Apricot shake

You will need :
- 2 tbs Formula 1 Shake Mix Powder
- 300ml skim milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (try to use ripe strawberries)
- 1 Apricot
- 50-100 grams of light yoghurt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Strawberry Orange Banana Shake

You will need :
- 2 tbs. Formula 1 Shake Mix Powder
- 1 banana
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
Chocolate Berry Shake
The video below shows how to make our favourite chocolate berry shake.
To make it you will need to shake flavours :
- 1 scoop Formula 1 Chocolate Shake Mix Powder
- 1 scoop Formula 1 Strawberry Shake Mix Powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Handful of frozen blackberries (or frozen berries of your choice).
- 8oz (250ml) low fat milk.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.
Blend until your shake is smooth and has a creamy texture. Enjoy!
Strawberry Orange Shake
You will need :
- 2 tbs. Formula 1 Shake Mix Powder
- 8 oz. orange juice
- 4-5 fresh strawberries
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
Strawberry kiwi shake

You will need :
- 2 tbs Formula 1 Strawberry Shake Mix Powder
- ½ banana sliced
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 5 frozen whole strawberries
- 1 ¼ cups apple juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 2 Servings
Acai Berry Shake

Ideal shake if you don’t have a very ‘healthy’ diet.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Shake Mix Vanilla Flavour
- 120 ml Acai Juice
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder only add if going to the gym
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
- Make Sure the Acai Juice is Cold
- Please note – the nutritional information is based on our core shake mix powder . Values will change if you use one of the other specialised mixes – for example a mix designed for sport or one for muscle building, etc.
Chocolate Blackberry Shake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Chocolate Flavour
- 1 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Strawberry Flavour
- 1 tbsp Protein powder
- 1 Handful Frozen blackberries or frozen berries of your choice.
- 250 ml Skimmed milk.

- Blend until your shake is smooth and has a creamy texture. Enjoy!
