The tropical fruit smoothie recipe below is

How to make Tropical fruit shake
Ingredients:
- 250 ml low fat milk or soya milk
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 Orange – peeled and deseeded
- 1/2 banana
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
- 1 tbsp Protein powder (optional)
Equipment
- Blender or Hand Whisk
Instructions
- Add the milk into the blender
- Add the crushed pineapple, orange and banana
- Blend until smooth
- Pour and enjoy

Ingredients
- 250 ml Skimmed milk
- 1 /2 cup Crushed pineapple
- 1 Orange peeled and de-seeded
- 1/2 Banana
- 4-6 Ice cubes optional
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder Optional
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the blender
- Add the Pineapple, orange and Banana
- Optionally also add the protein powder and ice cubes
- Blend until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
- Pour and enjoy
