Grapefruit Delight Shake

You will need :
- 2 Scoops Tropical Fruit Shake Powder
- 200 to 300 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Totally tropical shake

You will need :
- 2 tbs. Herbalife Formula 1 Tropical Fruit Shake Mix Powder
- 1 /2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 medium orange (peeled and de-seeded)
- 1/2 banana
- 200ml skimmed milk
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

You will need :

- 1 Cup diced cantaloupe
- 1 Cup diced watermelon
- 2 oz. Aloe Juice (optional)
