- 2 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Strawberry Flavour
- 2 tbsp Protein Drink Mix
- 225 ml Water
- 4 ice cubes
- All you do is blend the formula 1 shake powder, protein drink mix (PDM) and water. using a hand whisk or blender.
It only takes a couple of minutes, you can make it in the morning (or previous evening) and just take it with you in a sports bottle or shake.
