- 250 ml Semi-skimmed Milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 50 g Frozen Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Honey
Equipment
- A measuring spoon or table spoon
- Blender (optional)
- Large glass or shaker
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the blender.
- Add the 1/2 banana
- Add the frozen Blackberries.
- Add the honey.
- Blend until smooth,
- Pour and enjoy
