The low-impact plan.
In the video below you will find out a quick ’10 minute’ plan you can do at home and is ideal if you carry excess body weight.
The reason is that the exercises have been designed to be ‘less jarring on the body’ and joints and generally less intense overall.
The beginners workout plan
Start with a basic warm up. If you are not sure how to start then the basic warm up video has a step by step guide.
The plan contains a wide variety of moves to make it exciting and target key items of your body. Simply keep doing this plan until you feel comfortable and ready (if you wish) to move up to the next stage.
There are 5 key items :
- Walking, with arms up overhead.
- A windmill.
- Squat with jab punches.
- Hips move.
- Lunge knee drives.
Try each of these moves for about 30 seconds each. Then take it back up to the top and repeat this circuit through for a second time.
