1 – I just want a Simple & Easy Plan
Herbalife Weight Loss Plans are designed to be very easy to follow – because you are replacing 2 meals you don’t have to ‘calorie count’ or eat restricted diets.
The simplest plan is the Quickstart Extra – which contains everything you need to help you lose weight. (& a detailed explanation as to how a Herbalife diet works)
2 – I don’t eat breakfast and/or I don’t eat lunch
If you miss breakfast and don’t eat for 13 hours, your body has been fasting and the metabolism slows to conserve energy. You are also more likely to snack on something unhealthy later in the day and overeat in the evening.
To help your metabolism you need to have regular meals. The easiest way is to have the formula 1 drink (or meal replacement bar) for breakfast & lunch. If you are not hungry (or have time) just dilute the formula 1 drink down until it’s quite thin. Formula 1 & Meal Replacement Bars.
3. – I eat to many carbohydrates… and sugary snacks
Too many carbs in your main meals and then “topping up” with carb based snacks as well?
Carbohydrate-rich foods (like pasta, potatoes, etc) generates a rapid rise in blood glucose and therefore swings in blood sugar levels. So you get quick energy but need to keep ‘topping up’ with snacks to keep going.
If you have more protein you will not only lose weight but also feel better.
Just add a bit more protein powder into the formula 1 drink. (to fill you up, provide energy and help you lose weight). And then get a great balance between fruit, vegetable and Protein Snacks. Quickstart Extra
4. – I eat 3 meals a day and lots of snacks
Eating too many calories and the wrong kind of foods. Too many processed foods/fast foods empty of nutritional value. Too many carbohydrates such as bread, potatoes, pasta.
Use the Quickstart Extra plan to control your calorie intake without hunger. And get a balance between fruit, vegetable and Protein Snacks. Increase you nutritional intake in contrast to conventional diets which reduce it.
5. – I snack on fruit all day
Yes fruit is a healthy snack, but not an alternative to a balanced meal including protein.
6. – I’m too busy
Too busy to think of the ideal balance of every meal ? Or maybe to busy to have lunch / breakfast….
The Herbalife plan will take care of two meals and give you easy to follow guidance for the third. Gradually change your eating habits, as you lose weight, so that you can keep the weight off permanently. But in addition there are very easy solutions to help you get regular meals – for example why not replace lunch with a Meal Replacement Bar ?
7. – I have low energy
Food is fuel for the body. If you miss meals, eat foods with little nutritional value or consume sugary snacks with resulting “highs and lows” then this will affect your energy levels.Always Tired
