  • Measuring Spoon or Table Spoon
  • Blender (Optional)
  • Bottle or portable travel mug

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Shake Mix Powder (26 g)
  • 250 ml Semi-skimmed Milk

Instructions

  • Get the ingredients ready
    shake measure ingredients
  • Add mix & water into blender (or bottle or mug)
    shake add liquid
  • Blend until smooth (or simply shake the bottle)
    shake blend
  • Pour into glass or travel mug or bottle
