Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Vanilla Flavour
  • 1 cup Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
  • Ideal when used as part of a weight gain shake plan
