Chocolate Protein Shake

This easy-to-make shake uses only skimmed milk, ice, Chocolate Shake Mix Powder and protein powder.
Contains 8.5g of protein before adding protein powder (see details below)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Shake Mix Powder Chocolate Flavour
  • 250 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Protein Powder Optional (See note below)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender as shown in the video, or use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.
  • Blend until your shake is smooth and has a creamy texture.
