Cucumber Shake Recipe
Very refreshing low calorie shake - ideal for breakfast or lunch
Servings: 1 shake
- 26 gr Shake Mix Powder Vanilla
- 7 slices Cucumber
- 150 ml Apple juice
- 100 ml Celery Juice Either make your own or it's available from health food shops and Amazon
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (optional)
Very refreshing shake
This is a very refreshing shake, ideal for breakfast or lunch.
Blending the ingredients (celery juice, cucumber and apple juice) with the shake mixture produces a very healthy shake that tastes great. We recommend adding the protein powder to also help boost your protein intake.
Very refreshing, easy to drink shake, full of vitamins.
