Ingredients

  • 26 gr Shake Mix Powder Vanilla
  • 7 slices Cucumber
  • 150 ml Apple juice
  • 100 ml Celery Juice Either make your own or it's available from health food shops and Amazon
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly.

Very refreshing shake

 
This is a very refreshing shake, ideal for breakfast or lunch.
Blending the ingredients (celery juice, cucumber and apple juice) with the shake mixture produces a very healthy shake that tastes great. We recommend adding the protein powder to also help boost your protein intake.
Advantages
Very refreshing, easy to drink shake, full of vitamins.
 
Disadvantages
Not that high in protein, which is why we recommend adding protein powder into the shake.
