Yoghurt & orange juice smoothie

Combining Greek yoghurt & orange juice will make a lovely smoothie, especially when adding other fruits..
It’s easy to make and ideal when:
- Blended with Blueberries & banana
- Or strawberries or other fruits.
Orange juice is great for making smoothies.The recipe below shows how to use it to make a yoghurt & orange juice smoothie – but there are lots of other fruits you can use to make your own preferred flavour. Such as blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, etc.
How to make an Yoghurt & Orange juice smoothie
Ingredients:
- 225 ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 3 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt
- 50 g Frozen Blueberries
- 21/2 Fresh banana
Equipment
- Blender
Instructions
- Pour the orange juice into the blender.
- Add the Greek Yoghurt.
- Also add the Blueberries and Banana.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy

- 1 hand whisk or blender
Ingredients

- 1/2 Fresh Ripe Banana
Instructions
- Pour the orange juice into the blender
- Add the Greek Yoghurt
- Then also add the blueberries and banana
- Blend until smooth
- Pour and enjoy
